Here at Totally Branded we have embroidered hundreds of different corporate shirts and blouses for our clients over the years. Creating embroidered corporate shirts for businesses of all shapes and sizes has lead us to know a thing or two about personalised shirts.
This week we thought that we would show you our own staff embroidered shirts! Our team have trialed many different styles and materials but we have finally discovered our favourite embroidered work shirts!
Whilst smart work shirts aren’t the preference for our production team, who prefer an embroidered polo shirt, our office based team opt for a smart but comfortable oxford style shirt which is embroidered with our subtle company logo to the left chest. We find that less is more when it comes to the branding. Applying just the icon of our branding rather than the full logo creates a stylish and aesthetically pleasing finish.
The beauty of our in house embroidery facility is that we can run embroidered clothing without any minimum order quantity as our embroidery heads can operate separate designs simultaneously. When new members of the team join our office we are able to just produce a small quantity of shirts in our new team members specific required size.
By the way, our favourite shirt is the Mens Oscar Knitted Shirt and the Ladies Anna Knitted Shirt.

When it comes to branding locations with this style of shirt though, the possibilities our endless. Unlike some shirt styles it does not feature any chest pockets which allow us to personalise to the left and right chest and even the arms for added brand exposure if required.
Another great thing about this style of shirt is that it is PETA Vegan Approved. This certificate highlights that the garment is made of vegan alternatives to animal-derived materials.
Made from 95% cotton, 5% elastane this micro pique knit shirt offers a closer to the body fit than most classic fitting shirts. The shirt stretches and moves with the body like a t-shirt but yet still delivers a smart appearance when worn.

The shirts wash up nicely as well when washed at 30 degrees but we don’t recommend tumble drying them. The beauty of having a logo embroidered to the shirt rather than imprinted is that the stitching will last the test of time and is extremely durable in comparison with printed designs.
The sleeves offer a button close and soft cotton material for superior comfort whilst at work.

Whilst this shirt wouldn’t be ideal for staff that are wearing a corporate tie as part of their work uniform, this shirt combines comfort with a smart casual uniform. This shirt bridges the gap between a smart corporate uniform and a comfortable, relaxed work shirt for both male and female staff uniform.
