Yes, our artwork studio team will always provide you with a full on screen visual proof of your promotional products prior to your order being sent into production. The only time we wouldn't provide a visual proof is when you have placed an order for an identical repeat reorder with the same design/artwork as on your previous order.

Our branded fast delivery pens can be with you within 2 - 10 days, depending on your order quantity, this is great if you need a last minute cost effective run of branded pens.

You can request a free visual of any pen you choose which will be posted to you, but we also provide a free digital design of your pen before we start printing so that we know you like the final mock up.

Yes, we do! We stock a range of our best selling fast delivery pens in a range of colours and styles so that we can get to work on your orders right away.

Cost depends on how many you order, with us, the cost per pen decreases the more you buy. But generally, the Twister Trans GT is the lowest cost per unit, with an MOQ of 100.However, costs are subject to change to supplier price increases, so any costs you see on the website today could change tomorrow - once an item is quoted to you we do our utmost to honour that price within the time frame that we can hold the item for you.

This depends on the pen you choose but generally we try to get your branded pens to you within 7 - 10 working days, but we endeavour to let you know as and when you can expect your merchandise.

These pens are made from mainly plastic or RPET, which is recycled plastic. While plastic is not the most eco-friendly, it is low-cost.
