Bone china mugs
Bone China mugs are made using a combination of China clay, bone ash (animals) or China stone and porcelain. This creates a unique material that allows the mugs to remain structurally sound but lightweight and impossibly thin in design, even after firing in the kiln. They also must be fired at a lower temperature, so that combined with the extra materials and artisan way of creating the mugs makes these kinds of mugs more of a luxury item, for high-end coffee drinking experiences.
