Bioplastics are a type of biodegradable plastics derived from biological substances rather than petroleum. Some examples of bioplastics are sugar cane, corn, and tapioca.

Yes, they are. Nothing can be 100% sustainable or eco-friendly, due to shipping methods and the fact you will probably have used electric to order them. However, bamboo is a widely sustainable wood, which is easily grown. Paper is a by-product of trees, which are obviously important, however you can plant more trees. Paper can also be recycled into more paper - so trees don't need to be cut down to make more paper. Recycled plastics are better than pure plastics for the environment, and they reduce the amount of plastic that ends in landfill too.

rPET is just recycled PET plastic (polyethylene terephthalate), a material often used as a replacement for virgin PET. Usually made from recycled plastic bottles.
