As our new embroidery machine operator, you will be in charge of operating embroidery machines to apply custom designs to garments. Selecting the thread, fabric, and designs appropriate to each project. You will also be setting up the machine and supervising the embroidery process. Keeping machines clean and presentable.

Your role as an Order Success Executive will be to perform administrative duties, supplier management and customer service on orders using our internal order processing system, email, and telephone correspondence whilst providing our customers and internal stakeholders the best possible experience throughout. Your role as our new lanyard/sewing machinist includes: Undertaking tasks set quickly and efficiently, working closely with others and adhering to job and artwork specifications (all training will be provided). You will carry out QC checks on your own work, identifying areas which need extra time and attention spent on them. Undertake all required duties and follow agreed procedures set by the Production Manager or Coordinator.
