We have such a variety of personalised products in our range here at totallybranded.co.uk that we understand sometimes it can be a difficult task trying to decide on which promotional pens, branded bags, printed notepads, etc that you should choose to deliver the best return on investment for your business. That’s why here at Totally Branded, our experienced team of account managers work hard all year round to constantly improve their product knowledge, and regularly attend internal and external product training days and conferences to improve the level of unrivalled service that we work so hard to offer for our valued customers. Either click the button within the product that you like or contact us directly to request a rapid quotation for your branded products. It’s also a great idea at this point to attach the design/artwork that you would like branded onto the particular product as if we have this we can even send you a free visual mock up showing how the product could look once personalised with your design.

Receive your Branded Products Quote

You will then be emailed a pdf written quotation confirming the total costs with no hidden charges, your quotation will include the unit cost, set up charges, and delivery costs and will also show the cost including VAT so that there are no hidden surprises. Your quotation will also include all of the detailed product specifications such as the product size, the maximum branding area for your logo, the production time, etc. Once you have received your quotation now is a good time to request any physical samples of the product to be sure this is the product for you. The majority of our promotional product samples can be sent free of charge however some of our more expensive product samples are chargeable.

Place your Promotional Products Order

When you are ready to go ahead and place your order for your branded products, simply reply to the email you received from your account manager and confirm that you wish to proceed with your order. Within this email, if we do not already have the following information from you, we would need your company name, delivery address, invoice address, the quantity you would like to order, the deadline that you would like the order delivered by if applicable.

Receive your Merchandise Order Confirmation

You will then receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order to confirm that we have received your order and also confirm all of the order details for you.

It is important at this stage that you check the order confirmation document that your account manager sends you through so that you can be sure that you have ordered the correct quantity of your promotional items as well as the right coloured branded pen for example. We always recommend that when your order confirmation is emailed through to you that you print this out and look over all of the key elements in fine detail to avoid any mistakes.

Receive your Artwork Proof

You will then receive your final artwork proof for your written approval. This is a PDF visual proof showing how your bespoke merchandise will look once branded with your logo or design. We will need you to check this artwork proof very carefully as this is the final artwork that our printers will produce your promotional gifts from. At this stage please be sure to let us know of any changes or issues that you may see with the design so that our team can get this changed for you. Once you have approved this proof your order will be released to production for printing.

Once your artwork proof is sent through to you, you will notice that if we are printing your branded merchandise using a spot colour printing process and you haven’t supplied us with your logo specific pantone colour references our artwork team will have matched the colours within your logo as closely as possible to a pantone (PMS) colour for you. At this point please be sure to pay close attention to this to ensure that you are happy with our production teams pantone colour match prior to approving your artwork visual proof of your branded promotional products.

Your Promotional Products Order is Produced

Now comes the easy bit for you! You have now completed all of the steps required to place your personalised merchandise order and your custom merchandise has now been released into production for the magic to happen! So sit back and our team will now apply your custom design to your chosen promotional product ready for you to advertise and promote your business.

Notification of Order Dispatch

Now your order has been finished! We have manufactured, branded, QC’d, packaged, and booked the courier for the boxes containing your exciting new branded products! Now your account manager will be notified by our production team and then they will send you an email to let you know that your order has been dispatched from us and that it will arrive with you the next working day. Your account manager will then keep a close eye on your order whilst it is in transit to ensure that your order arrives on time.

Your Promotional Products Arrive

Once your branded promotional products arrive we would love for you to share how you are using your merchandise with us, if you have a spare moment we would love to see pictures of your branded merchandise in action via twitter, facebook, and instagram, you will even receive a free gift bag through the post as our way of saying thank you for sharing your photos of your branded products in action with us!
